“For a first time experience having a trainer, Max has definitely been the guy who’s made my experience more than worthwhile. I struggled going to the gym consistently throughout my life even though I was fairly active in sports. Just the thought of going to a gym to lift always seemed boring and monotonous of just doing the motions. Yet, having Max who understands the routines, how to change the days to still make them new and exciting, all the while being pushed to excel and succeed in new PR goals, strength gain and muscle definition, I found a new enjoyment of how my body feels when working out.

“I have measurably increased my muscle mass and decreased body mass index since I began working out with Max twice a week. Before that I was working out an equivalent amount of time, but not seeing any such dramatic results. Max provides me with a workout structure that begins with a warm up, ends with stretching and in between has two or three circuits that are never the same twice and which are tailored for each client. Although the workouts are challenging, I have never felt sore the next day, thanks mostly to a well crafted set of stretches at the end of each workout. One unexpected outcome of working on my fitness with Max has been a boost in mood and mental clarity. Max has a friendly, gentle manner, is tremendously supportive and really cares about his clients.
