Personal Training

Pacific Pulse Fitness & Wellness provides personal training sessions to adults of all ages, fitness levels, and backgrounds. The process begins with a complimentary consultation, where we assess an individual’s movement patterns, health and injury history, and (most importantly) their goals. After this, if a client wishes to take the next step, we book in sessions and bring their goals to life through comprehensive and adaptive exercise programming, tailored to keep them safe and provide sustainable results.

Both one-on-one and tandem sessions are serviced.

Breathwork

Health, happiness, and equanimity go beyond just the physical. While a functionally strong and mobile body is a key component to wellness, people are—at their core—thoughtful emotional beings, harboring vast and complicated internal worlds. Conscious Connected Breathwork is a tool we use to explore our inner selves, renegotiate with trauma, and rediscover the beauty and power of our sacred essence. With every inhale and exhale, our nervous systems repattern, giving us the opportunity to let go of maladaptive cycles and embrace new ways of being. Drawing influence from ancient traditions across the globe, Conscious Connected Breathwork offers a path to healing, wholeness, and renewal.
