What Do We Mean When We Speak of Fitness and Wellness?
Fitness and wellness exist in symbiosis: increases in one potentiate increases in the other. But what exactly does it mean to be fit/well?
Fitness and wellness are reflections of one’s HEALTH, in all domains—physical, mental, emotional, spiritual. In order for enduring positive changes to occur in any of these domains, three requirements must be met:
One must understand their current state of health
One must understand their desired state of health
One must understand how to transition from one’s current state of health to one’s desired state of health
Via comprehensive personal training, Pacific Pulse aims to give clients the tools they need to manifest their healthiest selves, in ALL domains. Whether the goal is to put on muscle, shed unwanted weight, enhance functionality, improve athletic performance, or (re)discover a sense of confidence/purpose, Pacific Pulse clients are provided with a personalized blueprint for longstanding results, regardless of their age, background, or fitness level.
Both one-on-one and tandem sessions are offered.
